Discovering, Developing & Building
World-Class Entertainment Brands
Los Angeles • Est. 2003
F.A.M.E. was built on a singular conviction: that extraordinary talent, paired with bold strategic vision, creates cultural moments that transcend the music industry. Founded in 2003 by Ian Fletcher, the firm has spent over two decades identifying, cultivating, and elevating artists at every stage of their careers.
Fletcher's path through the industry reads like a masterclass in music business. He cut his teeth at A&M Records before rising to Vice President of Promotion, Mixshow & Street Team at Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records, where he oversaw a 32-market national street team and drove campaigns behind Eminem, Dr. Dre, Limp Bizkit, Eve, No Doubt, and Rough Ryders—earning numerous #1 records and multi-platinum certifications along the way.
Through F.A.M.E., Fletcher guided the career of multi-Grammy nominated act LMFAO through their meteoric rise, including their legendary performance alongside Madonna at the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show. His roster has included Grammy-winning producer, songwriter, and DJ Play-N-Skillz, solo artist Redfoo, five-time Grammy Award-winning producer Bangladesh, and artists including Rich Boy, Dylan Carbone, Latifa Tee, and Shawty Redd.
Today, Fletcher continues shaping the future of music as West Coast A&R at The Royalty Network Publishing, where he identifies and signs emerging talent across genres. Through a joint venture with Martin Kierszenbaum's Cherrytree, he has signed Dody6 (Kendrick Lamar), Taylor Graves (Mac Miller), Zulia (Bad Bunny, Danny Ocean), and Angel Hill.
